Common questions.
- Why no per-seat pricing?
- IOM crews flex. A builder might run himself plus two day-rate joiners through the busy season. Per-seat punishes growth and creates unpleasant invoice surprises. Flat tiers price predictably.
- Is there a free tier?
- No. Local-first software is a paid product. The 30-day no-card trial gives you the same access as Crew — see the field app, send invoices, ask Reilly things — and a card's only requested at trial-end.
- Can I switch tiers later?
- Yes. Up or down, any time, prorated. We don't trap people on annual either — you cancel and your remaining months are credited.
- Do you handle IOM VAT correctly?
- Yes. Invoices issue under IOM Customs & Excise format — same VAT regime as UK but the right authority on the document. Per-line VAT-rate selection (standard / reduced / zero).
- What about Stripe payouts to an IOM bank?
- Stripe currently expects a UK entity for sterling payouts. Most IOM trades already have a UK Stripe entity in place. If not, we'll talk you through it.
