Terms

Pre-launch status. reill is not open for self-serve signup, subscription or trial. Access during the assisted Isle of Man pilot is arranged individually and governed by the pilot agreement we sign with you; the prices shown publicly are targets for the paid beta, not a live offer. These terms are a working draft marked for professional review before external pilot use.
The agreement
reill is operated by Man-x Thats Limited (trading as reill), a company incorporated in the Isle of Man (“we”, “us”). By creating a reill account you agree to these terms. If you’re agreeing on behalf of a business — limited company, sole trader, or partnership — you confirm you’re authorised to bind it.
What reill is
reill is an operating system for trade businesses: customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, scheduling, documents, and Reilly the assistant. We provide it as a hosted service and keep improving it. We don’t provide accountancy, legal, or tax advice — reill is a tool you use to run your business, not a substitute for professional advice.
Subscription and payment
There is no self-serve subscription today. Access during the pilot, and any fee for it, are governed by the individually agreed pilot agreement between us. The tiers and prices published on the pricing page are targets for the paid beta and are not a live subscription offer.
Self-serve plan selection, annual billing, proration and in-account cancellation will be introduced only once those behaviours exist and have passed the release gates. Until then this section describes the intended shape, not a promise you can act on.
Founding Partner and other agreed pricing is governed by the specific agreement we have with you and holds for its stated term — it isn’t changed by general pricing updates.
Your data, and who owns it
Your company owns its data — customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, photos, certificates, signatures. We process it on your behalf to run the service, as set out in our Privacy notice. Export and deletion handling for the pilot is agreed in writing with each pilot company and tested before any real customer data is accepted. We do not currently operate an automatic post-cancellation export-then-delete lifecycle, so we do not claim one here.
Acceptable use
Don’t use reill to send spam, defraud customers, store personal data unrelated to running your trade business, or operate a business other than the one you signed up as. Don’t share login credentials or attempt to access another company’s data. We can suspend accounts that breach this.
Our intellectual property
The reill software, brand, and content are owned by Man-x Thats Limited. Your access is a licence to use the service — it doesn’t transfer ownership of the software or brand to you.
Availability
We do not publish an availability target or a maintenance-notice period. reill is pre-launch and has no measured uptime record or status page to stand behind, so a percentage here would be a guess. Any availability commitment for a pilot company is set out in that company’s pilot agreement. For outages, email hello@reill.im.
Liability
reill is provided with reasonable skill and care, but to the extent the law allows it’s provided “as is”. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data beyond our control. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). You’re responsible for keeping your own records and for checking documents reill generates before you rely on or send them.
This limitation-of-liability wording and the pricing-change commitment below are marked for professional review before external pilot use.
Ending the agreement
There is no in-account cancellation control yet. Ending a pilot follows the notice terms in the written pilot agreement — email hello@reill.im and we will action it. We may end the agreement on reasonable notice, or immediately for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. On termination your right to use reill stops, and the agreed export and deletion handling applies.
Changes
We’ll email at least 30 days before any material change to these terms or to your pricing. Agreed Founding Partner / partner pricing set out in a signed agreement holds for its term and isn’t subject to these general changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Isle of Man, and any disputes go to the Isle of Man courts.
